简述了环境与环境保护的定义、公路环境保护的内容存在的问题及功能,从设计阶段、施工阶段、营运阶段提出了公路环保措施,以解决好建设与环保的矛盾,从而确保公路建设与环境保护要求相适应,与环境保护同步发展。

Definitions of environment and environmental protection are briefly introduced as well as the contents of road environmental protection and problems existed.From design stage,construction period and service phase practical environmental protection measures are proposed for highway in order to resolve the contradiction between construction and environmental protection to realize synchronous development of construction and automotive environment.
