摘要
介绍了三维激光扫描的基本理论,探讨了点云数据处理的基本流程,并结合三维激光扫描系统在地形测量中的应用,说明其应用的可行性及存在的一些问题,以利于该技术的进一步研究。
The paper introduces the basic theory of 3D laser scan technology and processing of point-clouds.The application of 3D laser scan technology in terrain surveying and existing problems are also briefly introduced.
