摘要
本文以2005年度获得川端康成文学奖的短篇小说集《枯叶中的蓝色火焰》中的《棒球王》为主要解读对象,试图分析记忆和叙述在辻原登的小说艺术中发挥的作用,剖析贯穿在他小说中的暴力隐喻。追寻小说实践的轨迹,体会读者在小说的细节描写和叙述之中获得的艺术享受。
Noboru Tsujihara, a powerful writer in contemporary Japanese literature, has made great achievements in the art of fiction. Able to handle traditional and modern subjects with equal strength, he has won important Japanese literary awards for many times. By giving his short story “The Baseball King” a close reading, this essay intends to analyze the roles of memory and narration played in his art of fiction, with a particular focus on the metaphor of violence recurring in his fictions. This short story, fully displaying his creative techniques, is included in the collection of his short stories receiving the 2005 Ysunari Kawabata Literature Award.
