运用系统观点分析了食物消费结构，就如何选择合理的食物消费模式，以协调食物消费系统内部各要素之间的相互关系，使食物消费系统的整体功能处于最佳状态的问题进行了探讨。
The author analyses the structure of food consumption by utilizing systematic piont. The author also discusses the problem of how to choose a reasonable model of food consumption so as to coordinate the interrelationship of the various factors within the food consumption system and make the function of food consumption system as a whole in its best state.
