介绍一种在线实时检测和处理金属微粒的控制系统，该系统的特点是利用了相关技术，提出了抑制噪声和消除干扰的有效方法。重点讨论了该方法在电路上的实现以及系统的故障自检、系统的检测灵敏度与稳定性最佳选择等问题。
An on line detecting control system dealing with metal particles is introduced here. The characteristic of the system is using relevant technique and advancing an effective method of restraining noise and interference. The realization of this method in a circuit, the fault automatic detection and the optimal selection of detecting sensitivity and stability of this system are mainly discussed too. The result obtained from the industry spot shows that this system can detect metal particles of 5mg.
