指出了关于ＩＳＯ９０００质量管理和质量保证系列标准在认识上的几种错误观点，提出了如何摆正ＩＳＯ９０００系列标准与全面质量管理（ＴＱＭ）的关系的意见。
The author points out some erroneous viewpoints in the recognizing respect about the ISO9000 quality management and quality assurance standard and advances the opinions of how to place ISO9000 and TQM correctly. And this is very necessary for enterprise to develop TQM deeply and carry out ISO9000.
