摘要
本文研究了以离子交换树脂为呈色载体,直接测定吸附在树脂上有色络合物——二硫腙-汞的吸光度,借以检测水中微量污染物汞的新方法。本方法提高了测定汞的选择性,具有此溶液光度法更高的灵敏度。对该体系中络合物的形成条件也作较详细的研究。
An ion-exchanger-colorimetrie method for the determination of mercury(Ⅱ) with dithizone has been developed. Mercury(Ⅱ) in water samples can be determined by sorption onto an anion-exchange resin from 0.15-0.21 mol/ L NaOH solution followed by transformation intoa coloured complex with dithizone. Mn, Ag, Cu do not interfere when present up to 100 times the amount of mercury presented. Beer's law is obeyed in the range 0 to 10 μg/ 250mL. The method is suitable for determination of Hg in potable water.
