摘要
现代性作为一种理性的文化精神和时代意识，在职业教育领域也扎了根。本文从主体性与自我意识、中介性与功利性、人本精神与科技理性、意识形态等精神维度来透视职业教育现代性。现代性是职业教育无法随意回避的命运．然而现代性是把双刃剑，它对职业教育既有积极价值，也有负面影响，我们必须趋利避害。
As a kind of reasonable cultural spirit and awareness of the times,modernity has rooted in the field of vocational education. The essay mainly analyzes modernity of the vocational education in spiritual dimension：subjectivity and self-awareness, intermediary and utilitarian, human-oriented spirit and technology rational, ideology and so on. Modernity is at will. Facing the two-edged sword, we must go after a destiny of the vocational education that can＇t avoid benefit and be free from harm.
