Innovation in Construction of Contingent of higher VTE Teachers

高职学院加强师资队伍建设，要有创新理念，也就是是要从注重教师合格到注重师资队伍合格，从注重学历层次提升注重到教师能力的综合提高，从注重”双师型”教师建设到注重”多能力“教师塑造．对教师要从传统约束到人性化管理。

We must have innovation concept in construction of teachers that means, we should have qualified contingent teachers instead of individual ones. All-round improvement of teachers＂ capacity must be taken the place of educational level. Further more, we should engage multi-subject teachers, not only teachers who have both teachers and engineers titles. Teachers should be managed in human nature rather than in traditional way.
