该文章阐述了在教学过程中“激发兴趣,增强自信”的转化“学习后进生”的教学思路,通过因人施教与因材施教,营造民主、和谐的课堂气氛,关心、鼓励和帮助,改革考试方法等措施使学习后进生激发兴趣,增强自信心。
This paper expounds a teaching concept how we stimulate backward Ss" interests and increase their self-confidence in the teaching process. Through teaching in accordance with different Ss and their aptitudes, we can create a democratic and harmonious atmosphere in the classroom. Meanwhile we concern and encourage our students or reform the test method etc. All these measures can help us to stimulate backward Ss" interests and enhance their self-confidence.
