摘要
本文分析了当前在我国高校学生工作的理论和实践中,对以人为本管理理念存在的几个误区,提出要准确理解以人为本管理理念的内涵,合理厘清其外延。
In this paper, the author studied some misunderstandings on humanistic idea during the theory and practice of student affairs in our universities. We should comprehensively and exactly understand the intension and extcnsion of Human-centered management idea.
