摘要 本文对影响棉针织物半成品质量的因素作了分析,通过正交试验得到了筒状棉针织物冷轧堆一步法前处理的最佳工艺及处方。同时还研制出配套助剂CL-951。进行冷轧堆一步法前处理大生产,不仅半成品质量稳定,超过规定标准,而且与常规工艺相比,节约水52%,节电67%,节约蒸汽86%,并使闲置的进口Calator冷轧堆专用设备重新启动。本研究成果现已在武汉市第一针织厂投入全面生产使用. This article is specialized in analysing the factors affecting the cotton and knitting semifinished products. The experiments have shown that it is successful to obtain the best one-step pretreating technological process of the cold pad-batch for tubular cotton knitgoods. Meanwhile, the special agent CL-951 used for the above mentioned process has been studied and compleated.If one-step pretreating technological process is used for large scale production,the quality of the semifinished products is very stable and has far surpassed the prescriptive standard. It has the advantages of the savings of 52% in water,67% in electricity and 86% in steam in comparison with the traditional, 67 % in electricity and 86% in steam in comparsion with the traditional technological process. It also enables the imported 'CALATOR' special cold pad-batch equipments left unused to be reused completely.The outcome of scientific experiments mentioned above has been used for the large scale production in Wuhan NO. 1 Knitgoods factory.
