摘要
对186例恶性肿瘤患者进行心理问卷调查,分析其异常心理行为表现及与病期、年龄的关系,为临床心理干预治疗提供依据。
Objective ： To investigate the psychological matters of cancer sufferers. Methods： The symptom check list-90（SCL- 90） was used to collect the information of the 186 cancer sufferers, and to compare with normal controls. Results： The scores of somatization factors and depression in cancer patients are higher than those of controls, and it is correlated with tumor stage and patients＇ age, but not with sexism. Conclusion： Abnormal psychological status exist in the cancer patients generally and it should be intervened early.
