七年制中医学专业诊断学教学中强化技能训练的尝试

Practice of strengthening skill training for teaching diagnostics in the seven year program of Chinese medicine

为解决高校扩招后及卫生事业深化改革的新形势下,中医药院校临床实践教学资源不足带来的新问题,我们对七年制中医专业诊断学临床教学进行了改革,应用多种功能模拟人提供一些模拟的、无风险的临床医学工作场景,让学生在模拟器上操作练习,强化临床诊断技能训练。反馈信息表明,训练强化效果良好,达到了预期目标。

To solve new problems of insufficient clinical practice resources brought .by enlarged enrollment in colleges and universities of Chinese medicine in the new times of further educational reforms, we conducted reform in clinical teaching of diagnostics of the seven year program of Chinese medicine. Many functional man simulated appliances are used to offer simulated medical working situations. Students are able to practice on these appliances to enhance clinical training skills for diagnosis. Feedback information shows good effect in student training and previous targets are obtained.
