彩色多普勒超声检测肱动脉内皮功能的临床应用现状

摘要 血管内皮为衬贴于血管腔面的单层扁平上皮，多年的研究证明在动脉粥样硬化进程的开始。内皮功能障碍扮演了重要的始发角色。血脂代谢异常、血压升高、血糖升高等危险因素出现的早期即损伤了血管内皮，使原本正常的血管内皮出现了功能障碍，启动了动脉粥样硬化进程，到了晚期出现临床上的脑栓塞、心肌梗死、肾功能衰竭、外周血管闭塞性疾病等严重疾病。应用彩色多普勒超声检测肱动脉内皮功能。可以在动脉粥样硬化的极早期检测出内皮功能受损，
