本文合成了安替比林偶氮连苯三酚(AnAP),并研究了与钨的显色反应。结果表明,在溴代十六烷基三甲铵(CTMAB)存在下,W与AnAP在醋酸性介质(pH=5~6)中形成1∶2的络合物。λ_(max)=475nm,ε=6.44×10~4。钨量在0~65μg/25mL范围内符合比耳定律。用盐酸联胺与EDTA掩蔽Mo(Ⅵ)等干扰元素后,用于钨尾矿中微量钨的测定。
This paper describes the chemical synthesis of antipyrineazopyrogallol (AnAP), and its spectrop hotometric reaction of AnAP with tungsten. In the presence of surfactant CTMAB at pH 5~6, the reagent reacts with tungsten to form a orange complex having a composition of W: AnAP=1:2. The complex has an absorption maxinum at 475nm, and its molar absorptivity is 6.44×10~4 L.mol^(-1). cm^(-1). Beer's law is obeyed for tungsten in the range of 0~65μg/25mL. In the presence of masking agent, the colour reaction can be applied to the spectrophotometric determination of tungsten in tungstate tailings.
