摘要
本文利用5-Cl-PADAB与钴在弱酸性介质中形成稳定的红色配合物这一特性,建立了流动注射光度法直接快速测定锌净化液中微量钴的新方法。在化学管路中采用可节省试剂的合并进样方式,每小时进样频率可达120次。文中选择了最佳测定条件,考察了常见共存离子的影响,并对实际样品进行了测定。方法的检出限为0.14μg/mL,变异系数为2.0%
A FIA method for the determination of trace amounts of cobalt in purified zinc electrolyte with 5-Cl-PADAB spectrophotometry is described. with the manifold of synchronous merging of two zones, it is possible to get a routine sampling rate of 120 samples per hour. The interference of zinc can be eliminated by matrix matching and other coexistent ions do not interfere in the determination. Results obtained by the proposed method on purified zinc electrolyte samples agree well with those obtained by routine Nitroso-R salt spectrophotometric method. The relative standard deviation at a level of 2μg/mL Co is 2.0% and the detection limit is 0.14μg/mL.
