摘要
在充分考虑极薄带钢生产工艺特点的基础上,以宝钢冷轧薄板厂1220冷连轧机组为研究对象,通过大量的现场试验与理论研究,同时兼顾轧机许用轧制压力与生产效率的问题,提出了新的最小可轧厚度计算理论,并取得良好的使用效果,有进一步推广应用的价值。
On the base of the prodiction features about ultimately thin strip,the problems about the permissive rolling pressure and productive efficiency of mill as well as through intensive field experiment and theory study,a set of calculation theory about the smallest permissive-rolling thickness is put forward.After being used to productive practice,a good applicative effectiveness is obtained and it can be further generalized.
