摘要
对学校道德氛围进行心理学研究,具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。国外对此已有探索,但实证研究较少,国内对该课题的研究处于起步阶段。在推进我国对该课题的心理学研究中,我们要借鉴国外已有成果,更要厘定学校道德氛围的内涵和外延,探明影响学校道德氛围的诸多因素,开发有效的研究学校道德氛围的心理学测量工具。
The psychological researches on school moral atmosphere have important significances both theoretically and practically. Although such kind of researches has been carried out abroad, there are a few of empirical ones. In China, the study in this field is still at beginning stage. In order to promote such kind of researches in China, not only the achievements in this field abroad should be adopted, but also the connotation and denotation of school moral atmosphere should be defined, a variety of influencing factors on it should be explored, and the effective instrument of measuring the school moral atmosphere should be developed.
