The emphasis of postgraduate education is on the cultivation of students＇ research ability. And thesis can reflect students＇ comprehensive abilities in an overall way. Therefore, attention should be paid to the improvement of postgraduate education quality and thesis writing. To achieve this, the administrative department can strengthen their administration from the following five aspects： course offering and renewing, thesis planning, self-evaluation and supervision of thesis writing progress, thesis assessment by professors from other universities and preview of oral defense, and the introduction of competing and encouraging mechanism and selection of excellent theses.
