复方斑蝥注射液配合化疗治疗晚期鼻咽癌的研究

Clinical study of nasopharygeal carcinoma treated with Aidi injection and PLF（ biweek schedule）

目的研究复方斑蝥注射液配合化疗治疗晚期鼻咽癌的临床疗效。方法95例晚期鼻咽癌患者随机分为复方斑蝥注射液加化疗组（治疗组）和对照组，治疗组采用复方斑蝥注射液加化疗，对照组单纯化疗。结果治疗组、对照组有效率分别为57％和46％（P〉0．05），临床受益率分别为82％和54％（P〈0．01）。两组的不良反应相似，单纯化疗组的恶心呕吐（P〈0．05）、白细胞减少更多见（P〈0．01）。结论复方斑蝥注射液联合化疗治疗鼻咽癌可以改善患者的生存质量，减轻化疗所致的血液学毒性和消化道反应。

Objective To evaluate the anti-tumor efficacy,safety and improvement of life quality of combined Aidi injection with cisplatin ＋ hi-weekly high-dose leucovorin and 5-fluorouraeil 48-hours continuous in.fusion（biweek schedule） in the treatmen of nasopharygeal carcinoma. Methods 95 patients of histoloyically proven advanced nasopharygeal carcinoma were randomly divided to treatment group 49 cases and contrd group 46 cases. Treatment group received ＋ Aidi injectin therapy. Contrd group receivod therapy alone. Results The response rate in the treatment group and control group were 57 % and 46 %, respectively（ P 〉 0.05 ）. The clinical benefitiol response rate were 82 % and 54 % （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Nauaea, vomiting had significant differences between two regimens（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Leucopenia had vary significant differences between two regimens（P〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Reasonable use of Aidi injection and can to improve the life quality of patients nasopharygeal carcinoma in chemotherapy. Aidi injection can significantly reduce the side effects of chemotherapy, reduce the incidence of leucopenia to sustain the treatment.
