摘要
通过分析公私伙伴关系(PPP)在中国基础设施领域中的重要作用与必备条件,对于利用这种创新机制促进社会经济的有效增长提出了长期的全面解决方案。同时就深化和完善基础设施领域中的公私伙伴关系提出了具有针对性的建议。
Through analyzing the vital roles and essential conditions that public-private partnership （PPP） management in China infrastructure domain,this article proposes a long-term comprehensive solution to promote the growth of social economy. Meanwhile,to deepen and consummate the PPP mechanism,the article provides pointed suggestions. This article believes that the public departments and privately operated departments have suitable specialized knowledge with which the project may be managed effetively. Among them,effective supervising and managing is an essential factor.
