Application of MIS in the supervision of construction projects

MIS是管理现代化的重要标志,在建筑工程项目监管部门内实施MIS有助于改变我国的建筑工程项目监管效率和水平低下的现状。分析了我国建筑工程项目监管现状及存在的问题,对应用MIS技术进行了可行性分析。通过某市监督管理站应用MIS的实践,表明了MIS应用于建筑工程项目监管过程中的重要性、可操作性和高效性。在建筑工程报监过程中引入改进模糊漏桶方法,增加了对异常的响应速度和监管幅度。

As an important symbol of the modernization of management,MIS＇s application in the supervisory departments of the construction projects will help to change the status of low efficiency and level of the supervision in Chinese construction projects. In this paper,the status quo and problems of Chinese supervision in construction projects is analyzed Then the feasibility of applying MIS to supervising structural projects is analyzed. By one example,the importance,maneuverability,and high efficiency that MIS＇s application in the supervisory departments of the construction projects are shown. An Improved Fuzzy Leaky Bucket （FLB） for construction projects＇ supervision is introduced to quicken the response speed of supervising with great amplitude.
