摘要
我国的对外开放,市场经济和加入WTO把企业推向了国际舞台,企业的激励制度也应与世界接轨。基于这一考虑,对股票期权的理论在高科技上市公司的应用进行了研究,并分析了股票期权制的理论基础、研究现状以及影响其发展的因素,以此来折射出经理人员工作的努力程度和成效。
The tide of the open-door policy,market economy and the entry of WTO have pushed Chinese enterprises into the international stage,therefore our incentive system should catch up with the whole world. According to such a situation,this paper makes a detailed study of stock option's theory and its application in high-tech registered companies. From this point of view,the paper analyzes stock option's theory,studying the status quo and its influence factors in order to reflect how hard the managers work and how good their achievements are.
