摘要
针对会展企业面临的严重人才不足问题,运用培训效果评估的相关理论并结合会展企业的特性,依据柯式的四层次模型建立了会展企业员工培训效果评估的指标体系,以期为我国会展企业员工培训效果评估提供指导和借鉴。
Most convention & exhibition enterprises are now facing the cruc employees. One effective way to bridge the gap is to train current employe evaluate the rationality and effectiveness by assessing the result of training. ial problem of lacking professional es. Meanwhile,there is a need to Combining the theory of training effectiveness evaluation and the speciality of convention & exhibition enterprise,this paper constructs an evaluation index system for evaluating employees' training effectiveness in convention & exhibition enterprise according to the Donald Kirkpatrick's evaluating model. This index system can instruct and be used for evaluating employees' training effectiveness in convention & exhibition enterprises of our country.
