针对高校教师科研业绩量化考核和业绩奖励,探讨了科研业绩分类、量化、奖励办法的制定,对进一步改进和完善评价工作提出了几点建议。

This paper aims at evaluating scientific research performance of university teachers for performance quantification assessment and reward. It explores some methods of scientific research performance in classification,quantification and reward. Further more,it puts forward some suggestions to improve and perfect the scientific research evaluation.
