摘要
目的:了解长沙市临床护理人员离职意愿现状。方法:在问卷调查的基础上进行描述性统计分析,全部资料采用SPSS11.5统计软件包进行处理。结果:此次调查515名护理人员的离职意愿总分为15.45±3.58,指标值为64.37%。离职意愿I得分为:4.72±1.63分;离职意愿II得分为:4.85±1.53分;离职意愿III得分为:5.87±1.21分;根据指标值高低划分依次是:离职意愿III:73.34%;离职意愿II:60.63%;离职意愿I:59.00%。结论:长沙市临床护理人员离职意愿整体上处于较高的水平,主要体现在离职意愿III的得分高,即寻找外部工作的可能性大。
Objective: To explore the turnover intention of clinical nurses of Changsha city. Methods: A descriptive design was conducted in this study. Five hundred and fifteen registered nurses from 12 hospitals were investigated by Turnover Intention Questionnaire (TIQ) to measure their turnover intention. All data were analyzed by SPSS 11.5. Results: The total score of turnover intention was 15.45±3.58, the value of index is 64.37%. Among the three dimensions, turnover intention Ⅲ got the highest score with score of 5.87 ± 1.21 and index value of 73.34%, followed by turnover intention Ⅱ with score of 4.85±1.53 and index value of 60.63%. Turnover intention Ⅰ got the lowest score of 4.72±1.63 with index value of 59.00%. Conclusion: The turnover intention among clinical nurse staff of Changsha city is on a relatively high level, embodied by a high score of turnover intention Ⅲ which suggests that there is a big chance for nurse staff to look for external jobs.
