摘要 目的:了解个体化健康教育对改善老年创伤骨折病人心理健康状况的作用。方法:将136例60~70岁老年创伤骨折病人随机分成研究组和对照组,对其进行症状自评量表(SCL-90)、汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)问卷调查,对照组施以常规健康教育,研究组则采取个体化的健康教育,2周后再次利用上述调查量表进行对照测试。结果:136例老年创伤住院病人均存在不同程度的心理障碍,实施不同形式健康教育后SCL-90评分结果与全国常模比较,对照组P<0.5、观察组P>0.05。结论:个体化、针对性的健康教育在改善老年创伤骨折病人心理健康状况方面,效果显著优于常规健康教育方式。 Objective: To find out the effects of individual health education on the psychological status of elder patients with injury fractures. Methods: One hundred and thirty six 60-70 year old patients with injury fractures were divided into experiment group and control group randomly. The experiment group was given individual health education, while the control group was given routine health education. SCL-90, HAMA, and HAMD were used to measure all the subjects before health education and two weeks after health education respectively. Results: Different degree of psychological disorder existed in all the 136 patients. After the health education, the SCL-90 score of control group was better than that of normal population of China (P〈0.05), but there was no significant difference in SCL-90 scores between the experimental group and normal population of China(P〉0.05). Conclusion: The effect of individual health education is significantly better than that of routine health education to improve the psychological status of elder patients with injury fractures.
