农业契约结构理论包括以下三种主要形式,即分成制、固定地租、固定工资,对于这三种形式各自适用的范围一直存在争议,本文针对经济市场的因素对三种结构的影响及其各自存在的合理性做出解释。同时把农业的契约理论类比到技术输出的三种方式。

There are mainly three contractual forms in agriculture, including sharccropping, fixed, rental, fixed wage contracts. There are always disputes on the three contractural forms and theirexistences. This study makes an explanation for rationality of the three contractural forms and theirexistences, and simultaneously analogys it to technological export.
