摘要
采用《保健食品功能学评价程序和检验方法》中辅助降血脂功能实验规定的方法,以大鼠为实验对象,研究清脂软胶囊对高脂血症大鼠血清总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)及血清甘油三酯等指标的影响。结果显示,与对照组比较,清脂软胶囊能明显降低高脂血症大鼠的血清总胆固醇(TC)和血清甘油三酯(TG)含量;差异均有显著性(p<0.05)。由此得出,清脂软胶囊具有降血脂作用。
The effect of Qingzhi soft capsule on blood-fat-lowering was verified. Adopting blood-fat- lowering function assessing methods in Functional Testing and Assessment of Health Food, total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG) and high density lipoprotein-cholesterol (HDL- C) were observed on mice experiments. The results showed that compared with control group, Qingzhi soft capsule could lower blood TC and TG obviously, and the difference was statistically significant (p 〈 0. 05 ). Qingzhi soft capsule had blood-fat-lowering effect.
