摘要
利用黑曲霉产酶发酵培养基制备β-葡萄糖苷酶,再利用β-葡萄糖苷酶水解大豆异黄酮粉制备异黄酮苷元。研究结果表明,较优产酶发酵培养基的C/N为6∶4,加水量1.4倍,培养基中不添加诱导物。水解500 mg40%大豆异黄酮粉的最佳条件为:加酶量100 U,水解温度50℃,水解时间1 h。
The soybean isoflavones was hydrolyzed by β- glucosidase obtained by fermentation with Aspergillus niger. The results showed that the better fermentation conditions were ： ratio of C to N 6 ： 4, water dosage 1.4 times of the total weight of carbon and nitrogen sources, no inducement in medium. The optimal hydrolysis conditions were： 500 mg soybean isofavones with the content of 40%, enzyme dosage 100 U,temperature 50 ℃ ,time 1 h.
