摘要
采用固态发酵法进行初筛、复筛,从保藏菌种中筛选得到一株能发酵棉籽壳高产饲用复合酶的菌株——An54.2.2。以棉籽壳/麸皮(3∶2)为碳源,添加1%(NH4)2SO4、120%水,在30℃下培养黑曲霉An54.2.2可得到纤维素酶、木聚糖酶、果胶酶和蛋白酶,活力分别为698.864、1 268.592、24.242 IU/g鲜曲和485.950 U/g鲜曲的饲用复合酶。
Through screening and rescreening from the collected strains, An54.2. 2, a strain with high productivity of feed compound enzymes by fermenting cottonseed husk was got by solid state fermentation. When cultured on cottonseed husk and bran(3:2) adding 1% (NH4)2SO4 and 120% water, under 30 ℃, Aspergillus niger An54.2.2 could produce feed compound enzymes and the enzyme activities of cellulose, xylase, pectinase and proteinase were 698. 864,1 268. 592,24. 242 IU/g and 485. 950 U/g, respectively.
