自锁髓内钉治疗肱骨干陈旧性骨折效果评价

Effect of Internal Fixation of Auto-locking Intramedullary Nail after Anterior Fixation with Stell Plate Failure

目的评价采用自锁髓内钉治疗肱骨干陈旧性骨折的临床效果。方法对36例肱骨干骨折钢板内固定失败后行刀式自锁髓内钉内固定并随访6～12个月。结果36例肱骨干骨折患者术后全部愈合，平均愈合时间13．5周。肩关节功能按照Neer评分，优29例，良5例，可2例，优良率94．4％。结论自锁髓钉治疗肱骨干骨折对骨折端血运影响小，固定较为牢固，便于患肢早期功能活动，是治疗肱骨干骨折的有效方法。

Objective To evaluate the clinical result of using the auto - locking intramedullary nail to treat the humeral shaft old fracture. Methods Folowed up the patients 6 - 12 months, for 36 cases. Results Curing time is 13.5 weeks, according to the Neer score of shoulder joint function, excerllent was 29cases;good was 5cases;general was 2 cases; Good rate was 94.4%. Conclusion The auto -locking intramedullary nail treat the humeral shaft fracture to the fracture region＇s blood circulation influence less, fix firm. This methed is a valid method for treatment of the humeral shaft fracture.
