摘要
目的调查卫生整改投入资金数,探讨改善工厂食堂卫生状况的成本效果。方法对惠城区范围内食品卫生监督量化评级后各类等级食堂49家进行现场调查。结果49家单位食堂共投入资金243.10万元改善食堂卫生状况,受益就餐人数5.25万人,平均每人受益所需费用为46.30元/人;9家由B级到A级的单位中,共计花费资金103.90万元,受益就餐人数为1.90万,平均受益所花费用为54.68元/人;20家由C级到B级的单位中,共花费资金49.35万元,受益就餐人数为1.80万,平均受益所花费用为49.92元/人;20家由D级到C级的单位中,共花费资金89.85万元,受益就餐人数为1.55万,平均受益所花费用为31.84元/人。结论企业食堂要提高食品卫生等级需要加大投入整改的资金。
Objective To investigate the hygiene complete change inputing funds and study improving factory dining room hygiene condition's cost effect. Methods Food hygiene were researched in 49 various grade dining room at city. Results There were 49 unit dining rooms total funds 243.10 ten thousand yuan for ameliorating dining room hygiene, the beneficiary number 5.25 ten thousand people, average everybody the expenses need 46. 30 yuan person ;9 unit B class to A class, add up to cost the funds 103.90 ten thousand yuan, the benefit number is 1.90 ten thousand people, the average cost 54. 68 yuan/person;20 unit C class to B class, totally cost the funds 49.35 ten thousand yuan, the benefit number is 1.80 ten thousand people, the average cost 49.92 yuan/person ;20 unit D class to C class, totally cost the funds 49.35 ten thousand yuna, the beneficiary number is 1.55 ten thousand people, the average cost 31.84 yuan/person. Conclusion Business enterprise dining room want beffer food hygiene grade demand more input funds.
