摘要
本文采用分光光度法,测定了β-胡萝卜素胶囊中的β-胡萝卜素的含量,对照品和样品用氯仿溶解后,以氯仿为空白溶液于455nm的波长处进行含量测定,平均回收率97.0%,方法简便、快速、准确。
This paper determined the content of β-carotene by spectrometry which is based on Lambert-Beer law. The sample is β-carotene in β-carotene capsule. Standard substance and sample are dissolved by Chloride Form. Blank solution is Chloride Form, the determination wavelength is 455nm, the average rate of recovery is 97.0% .This method is convenient ,quick and accurate.
