摘要
基于哲学伦理学的视角,从企业本性、道德与利益的关系以及企业组织的道德主体三方面对企业承担社会责任的内在合理性与正当性进行论证。企业的本质属性规定了企业承担社会责任的应然性;道德与利益的内在依从性,预示着企业承担社会责任的必然性;而企业组织道德主体的合法性,则为企业承担社会责任提供了主体可能性。这表明,企业承担社会责任是企业的内在规定性使然,而非外在的强加和社会负担。
Based on philosophy & ethics, this thesis demonstrates the reasonability and rightness of corporate social responsibility(CSR) from corporate essence, morality and benefit, as well as corporate moral subject. Corporate essence decides CSR's "ought to be". The co -relation of morality and benefit indicates CSR's indispensability. The rightness of corporate moral subject states the possibility of CSR. It suggests that CSR is inner inevitability, not outer pressure and social burden.
