Approach to “Section 301” in United States trade law and its economic hegemony

美国贸易法中的“301条款”历来为各国所病诟。美国依靠“301条款”的目的在于积极推行其经济霸权,迫使其他贸易竞争对手开放国内市场。对美国贸易法演变的进程作纵向考察,可以清晰地认识到“301条款”的实质在于美国推行单边主义的经济霸权,此项研究有助于更加深刻、全面地反映出当代国际贸易体系中经济主权与经济霸权之间的斗争将长期存续的格局。

Many countries have censured ＂Section 301 ＂constantly. Depending on＂ Section 301＂, United States carried on its economic hegemony actively and forced its competitors to open their domestic markets. In the article, according to the developing process of United States trade law, the author analyze＇s present situation and point out that the unilateralism in United States trade law should be ＂Section 301 ＂. Meanwhile the author put forward certain tactics seeking for Chinese economic interests in the multiple trade mechanism.
