论东北亚区域冲突结构与和平体制构建——以中日关系为例

Analysis of Regional Conflicts and Proposals for Peaceful System Construction in Northeast Asia——Taking the Relations of Sino-Japan as Example

中日两国有着长达几千年的文明交流历史。但从近代以来,日本以武力挑战中华秩序,企图建立其“大东亚共荣圈”,从而在东北亚地区形成“结构性暴力”,形成了中日两国的战略冲突结构,阻碍着东北亚地区多边合作的进程。因此,中日两国应从东北亚国际关系体系的发展中吸取教训,用和平方式化解两国战略矛盾和冲突,在历史认识问题上达成共识,共同构建东北亚和平体制。

The culture exchanging history between China and Japan has lasted for thousands of years. However, Japan＇s intention to establish its ＂Glorious Circle in Northeast Asia＂ with violence during the World War II caused such strategic conflicts that the multilateral cooperation in the area has been held back completely. There- fore, both countries must draw lessons from the development of the multilateral relations in Northeast China, solve the strategic conflicts with peaceful ways and reach the agreement about the historical issues so as to build the peaceful system jointly in this area.
