紫外光谱研究β-环糊精衍生物与α-环己基扁桃酸的包结作用 被引量:4

摘要 用紫外光谱分别研究了在水溶液和50%乙醇水溶液两种不同介质中,羟丙基β-环糊精(HP-β-CD1)、羟乙基β-环糊精(HE-β-CD2)和甲基β-环糊精(Me-β-CD3)与α-环己基扁桃酸(CHMA)形成的包结物的稳定性。研究结果表明主客体的包结比为1∶1,在水溶液中,三种主体的包结能力均较弱,其包结能力的强弱顺序为:3>2>1。而在50%乙醇水溶液中,主客体包结物的稳定性大大提高,并且三种主体的包结能力强弱顺序发生改变,依次为:1>2>3。 The inclusion of α-cyclohexyl-mandelic acid (CHMA)with β-cyclodextrin derivatives (HP-β-CD 1,HE-β-CD 2, Me-β-CD 3)in aqueous solution and in 50% EtOH solution has been studied by UV spectrophotometry. Three hosts all have weak binding ability with CHMA in aqueous solution in the order of 3〉2〉1 ,while the binding ability was improved greatly in 50% EtOH solution for three hosts in the order of 1〉2〉3.
