摘要
目的:研究复方醛基消毒剂杀菌效果。方法:采用载体定量杀菌试验等方法在实验室进行试验观察。结果:醛基含量14300 mg/L,二癸基二甲基氯化铵含量20600 mg/L的消毒液对载体上枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞作用4 h,杀灭对数值>3.00。对医疗器械模拟现场消毒试验表明,醛基含量14300 mg/L,二癸基二甲基氯化铵含量20600 mg/L的消毒液对染于医用止血钳上的枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞作用4 h,杀灭对数值>3.00;对医疗器械模拟现场灭菌试验表明,同样含量的消毒液作用染菌的医用止血钳5 h,可达到灭菌效果。连续使用2周后,作用5 h仍可达到灭菌要求。对不锈钢基本无腐蚀,对铝、铜有轻度腐蚀,对碳钢有中度腐蚀。结论:复方醛基消毒剂对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞的杀灭效果较好,对金属腐蚀性较小。
Objective: To study germicidal efficacy of compound aldehyde group disinfectant. Methods: Carrier quantitatives germicidal tests were used to carry out the laboratory observations. Results: The reduction factor ( log10 ) of Bacillus subtilis var. niger spores exposed to the disinfectant solution containing aldehyde group 14 300 mg/L and dimethyldidecyl ammonium chloride 20 600 mg/L for 4 hours was more than 3. 00. It was proved, in the disinfectant experiment of analog scene of medical instruments, that the reduction factor( log10 ) of Bacillus subtilis var. niger spores contaminating medical haemostat exposed to the disinfectant solution containing aldehyde group 14 300 mg/L and dimethyldidecyl ammonium chloride 20 600 mg/L for 4 hours was more than 3.00 ; and in the germicidal expieriment of analog scene of medical instruments, it showed that the same content disinfection solution had sterilizing effect when it was used to the contaminated medical haemostat for 5 hours. After being continuously used 2 weeks, it could still meet with the germicidal requirement. This compound aldehyde group disinfectant had less causticity to metal. There are no caustic for stainless steel, middle - class caustic for mild steel, and low - class caustic for aluminium and copper. Conclusion:Aldehyde group disinfectant has good efficacy in killing spores of Bacillus subtilis var. niger, and slight corro- sive effect on metal.
