Determination of vinyl chloride with capillary gas chromatography

目的：建立毛细管色谱柱测定氯乙烯单体的方法。方法：将氯乙烯标准溶于甲醇中，易于购买、运输、保存；优化色谱条件，提高检测灵敏度。结果：在0—50mg／kg范围内具有良好线性关系，符合比尔定律，相关系数r=0．9994，方法检出限为0．05mg／kg，样品加标回收率在96．0％～100．4％之间，相对标准偏差在1．4％-4．0％之间。结论：所建立的方法简便可行，灵敏度高，具有良好的准确性和重现性。

Objective：To establish a method for determination of vinyl chloride with capillary gas chromatography. Methods： Vinyl chloride standard would be dissolved in methanol, easy to store, transport and buy. The conditions of chromatography was optimized, and the detection sensitivity improved. Results：The range of linear relationship of vinyl chloride was 0 - 50 mg/kg（ r = 0. 9994）. The minimum detectable limit was 0. 05 mg/kg, recovery of spiked samples was 96. 0%- 100.4%, precision （RSD） was 1.4% - 4.0%. Conclusion ： This method is simple and sensitive and of good accuracy and reproducibility.
