摘要
目的:建立毛细管色谱柱测定氯乙烯单体的方法。方法:将氯乙烯标准溶于甲醇中,易于购买、运输、保存;优化色谱条件,提高检测灵敏度。结果:在0—50mg/kg范围内具有良好线性关系,符合比尔定律,相关系数r=0.9994,方法检出限为0.05mg/kg,样品加标回收率在96.0%~100.4%之间,相对标准偏差在1.4%-4.0%之间。结论:所建立的方法简便可行,灵敏度高,具有良好的准确性和重现性。
Objective:To establish a method for determination of vinyl chloride with capillary gas chromatography. Methods: Vinyl chloride standard would be dissolved in methanol, easy to store, transport and buy. The conditions of chromatography was optimized, and the detection sensitivity improved. Results:The range of linear relationship of vinyl chloride was 0 - 50 mg/kg( r = 0. 9994). The minimum detectable limit was 0. 05 mg/kg, recovery of spiked samples was 96. 0%- 100.4%, precision (RSD) was 1.4% - 4.0%. Conclusion : This method is simple and sensitive and of good accuracy and reproducibility.
