蜡样芽孢杆菌所致食物中毒病原学诊断的实验研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的:为快速诊断由蜡样芽孢杆菌引起的食物中毒,采取营养琼脂与MYP同时进行实验研究。方法:采集可疑食物、患者肛拭、呕吐物、物体表面涂抹物,按文献[1,2]方法进行蜡样芽孢杆菌分离鉴定、药敏试验。结果:采集样品78份,检出蜡样芽孢杆菌59株,阳性率为73.42%;药敏试验结果表明:蜡样芽孢杆菌对庆大霉素等9种抗生素敏感。结论:蜡样芽孢杆菌食物中毒分二个类型,呕吐型及腹泻型,根据生化分型,引起本区食物中毒呕吐型为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅸ型,腹泻型为Ⅷ、Ⅸ型。用营养琼脂进行检测定量,简便、快速、敏感,更能获得准确的结果。 Objective:To rapidly diagnose the food poisoning caused by the Cerea bacillus,the nutrient agar and the MYP are adopted to be tested at the same time. Methods:The suspect food, the examination of the patient's archos, the vomit and the smesr on the object surface were adopted to separate the Cerea bacillus and to test the sensitive of drug according to the methods of literature[1,2]. Results:A total of 78 portions of specimen are adopted,and 59 strains can be detected, the positive rate was 73. 42% by all. The result of the test of the sensitive of drug indicated that the Cerea bacillus was sensitive to the gentamicin and other eight sorts of antibiotics. Conclusion:The food poisoning coursed by Cerea bacillus can be divided for two types, the vomit and the diarrhea- According to biochemistry for typing, the types of Ⅰ , Ⅱ, Ⅺ to course the food poisoning, and the diarrhea is caused by Ⅷ, Ⅸ.
