摘要
目的:了解我市流脑带菌状况、菌群分布和免疫抗体水平。方法:按流脑监测方案选择海原县(2005年有病例发生)作为监测点,收集流脑发病疫情资料,采集各年龄组健康人群的咽拭子进行脑膜炎奈瑟氏菌(Nm)分离培养、鉴定;同时采集静脉血分离血清检测流脑A群和C群IgG抗体水平。结果:检出A群流脑病人2例,发病率为0.5/10万;健康人群Nm的带菌率为1.9%(4/214),其中29E群Nm2株、X群Nm2株;健康人群A群IgG抗体的总阳性率83.5%,GMT为6.81,各年龄组人群阳性率无显著性差异;健康人群C群IgG抗体的总阳性率37.3%,GMT为2.61,各年龄组人群阳性率有显著性差异。两种抗体GMT比较也非常显著(t=7.9,P<0.01)。结论:流脑的发病率和健康人群带菌率较低,健康人群中流脑A群IgG抗体阳性率维持在较高水平,C群IgG抗体阳性率处于低水平。
Objective:To understand the cartier, the distribution of the barrier (Nm) and the lever of the antibody. Methods: According the surveillance plan, Haiyuan county was selected as surveillance spot ( had case in 2005 ). The information about epidemic situation of epidemic cerebrospinal meninqitis was collected, ptysma was gathered in pharynx of health proportion of every age to cultivate and find Nm. At same time, vein blood was collected to detect the lever of IgG of group A and group C. Results: Two cases was detected in group A, The incidence was 0. 5per 100 thousand. The health group Nm carry rate was 1.9% (4/214). The total positive rate of A group IgG was 83.5% in health group, GMT was 6. 81 ,there was no significant difference between every group as for the positive rate. The total positive rate of C group IgG was 37.3% in health group, GMT was 2. 61, there was significant difference between every group as for the positive rate (t = 7.9,P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion:The incidence of epidemic cerebrospinal meninqitis and the rate of carry barrier are in lower level in healthy group and the positive rate of A group IgG is in higher level but the positive rate of C group IgG is in lower level.
