摘要
目前,几乎所有的射频/微波(RF/Microwave)电路系统均采用混频器实现变频。本文详细介绍了混频器的设计,该混频器实现了低电压3 V、低功耗、高1 dB压缩点、低噪声系数以及很强镜像抑制机制的功能,并解决了交调失真的问题。
The mixer is used in nearly all RF/Microwave systems for frequency translation. This paper introduced the design of a mixer, which had the functions of low voltage (3 V) supplied, low power loss mixer, low noise figure (NF), high gain compression and well structured image rejecter, and it solved the problem of intermodulation distortion.
