摘要
本文介绍了一种高精度自整角机/数字转换器的工作原理,对其主要工作特点及相关引脚作了具体说明。根据实际被测系统应用环境和具体设计要求,通过与数字输入输出模板相结合,设计了基于16ZSZ-01转换器的角位置测量系统,并编制了功能完整的软件程序,给出了实现角度测量功能的硬件电路与相应的软件子程序。该系统已在实际中得到成功应用,测试结果表明,所采用的方案不仅实现简单,满足测量精度要求,而且能保证系统的可靠性。
The principle of synchro/digital converter was introduced, and the main working features and correlated foots of converter was presented. An angle measurement system based on 16ZSZ-01converter was given according to the application condition and design requirement of the practical system. Also the software subprogram was presented for measurement the angle. The testing result shows that the applied scheme can satisfy the measurement accuracy, the circuit is simple in form, and the reliability of designed system is proved in application.
