嗜酸细胞性筋膜炎8例临床分析

Eosinophilic fasciitis:a clinicopathological analysis of eight case

目的 探讨嗜酸细胞性筋膜炎的临床特征、鉴别诊断、病理分型以及治疗。方法 总结8例嗜酸细胞性筋膜炎患者的临床资料，对肌活检组织进行临床病理研究，并进一步探讨其诊断和治疗。结果 8例患者的发病年龄在14～53岁。均表现有较典型的嗜酸细胞性筋膜炎的临床特征。结论 嗜酸细胞性筋膜炎病理观察可有不同的组织学亚型及临床表现。

Objective To mainly disscuss the clinical manifestation, histological type, differential diagnosis and treatment of eosinophilic fasciitis. Methods Summarize the clinical data and the result of musclebiopsies of 8 cases of eosinophilic fasciitis. Results All 8 cases were adults aged from 14 to 53 years old. Clinically, typical characteristics of eosinophilic fasciitis were found in all cases. Conclusion There may be different histopathological changes in eosinophilic fasciitis according to its clinical manifestations.
