软组织内金属异物取出方法的探讨(附7390例报告)

Methods of removing metallic foreign body from human body soft tissue:a review of 7390 cases

目的探讨各部位软组织金属异物的定位及手术方法。方法1996年6月到2006年6月,采用三维立体异物坐标定位器精确定位异物,再用带磁性的配套特制异物钳、穿刺钳为7390例病人取软组织金属异物。结果软组织金属异物一次取出成功率99.5%,平均手术时间为5min。结论该方法定位精确,取出金属异物顺利。具有并发症少、痛苦小、成功率高的优点。

Objective To study the methods of locating the metallic foreign body in soft tissue of human body. Methods With three dimensional locator,the metallic foreign bodies were removed precisely from soft tissue of 7390 patients through magnetism corresponding forceps （ both were nationality inventive patent） between June 1996 and June 2006. Resuits In 7 390 patients ,99. 5% of all the foreign bodies were successfully removed by three-dimensional locator and forceps. The mean operation time was five minutes. Conclusion Using the method, the metallic foreign body can be located precisely and removed simply with little complications. They are characterized with minor trauma, less pain and higher successful rate.
