干旱胁迫下鸭茅苗期抗旱性生理研究 被引量:18

摘要 选择ZXY-173等4份自俄罗斯引进的野生鸭茅种质,研究其在干旱胁迫下生理指标的变化及其相互关系。结果表明:叶片水分饱和亏缺随着干旱胁迫强度的增加而增加,其中变化幅度最大的是ZXY-744,最小的是ZXY-706;ZXY-173和ZXY-706质膜相对透性和可溶性糖含量随着干旱胁迫强度的增加而增加,而ZXY-580和ZXY-744出现单峰变化,在胁迫第8d后达到最大;ZXY-173和ZXY-744脯氨酸含量在干旱胁迫第8d达到最大,而ZXY-580和ZXY-706的脯氨酸含量随着干旱胁迫程度的加深而逐渐达到最大;4份材料叶片的净光合速率随着干旱胁迫强度的增加而减小,其中ZXY-706的净光合速率下降率胁迫至12d时为最小。 A study on changes of physiological process of drought resistance of 4 Dactylis glomerata L. germplasms under drought stress showed that the water saturation deficit in leaves arose hastily, and ZXY --744 changed most obviously while ZXY--706 changed only slightly under drought stress. ZXY--173 and ZXY--706 increased in the relative plasmalemma permeability and the soluble sugar content while that of ZXY--580 and ZXY--744 showed the trend of initial increasing, reaching the peak at the 8th day, then decreasing under drought stress. With aggravation of drought stress , ZXY--580 and ZXY--706 increased in proline content while that of ZXY-- 173 and ZXY-- 744 increased initially, reaching the peak at the 8th day, then declined. And the rate of net photosynthetic of the 4 Dactylis glomerata L. germplasms declined notably with the intensity of drought stress, the decline rate of net photosynthesis of ZXY--706 was the least.
