摘要
本文研究了层析(?)半二甲酚(?)与Bi(Ⅲ)的螯合光度体系,选择了最佳反应条件,测得两者的组成比为2∶1,ε_(540)=4.2×10~4。应用于测定纯镍中0.0003%~0.001%铋时,须先经DDTC萃取富集。应用HETA作掩蔽剂可显著提高(?)集鉍的选择性.
Proposed in this paper is a spectrophotometric method for the determination of Bi with chromatographic pure semi-xylenol orange. The reaction product has been found to be a 1:2 chelate, its molar absorptivity=4.2×10~4L.mol^(-1)cm^(-1). Beer's law is obeyed over the range of 10~30μg Bi per 25mL. Trace amount of Bi in pure nickel has successfully been determined by this method following a preconcentration step with DDTC as extractant in the presence of HEDTA as maskant.
