晚秋刈割对不同秋眠类型苜蓿根系游离脯氨酸含量的影响 被引量:6

摘要 对三种不同秋眠类型9个苜蓿品种进行晚秋的最后1次刈割试验,研究不同刈割时间对苜蓿根系游离脯氨酸含量的影响。结果表明,在不同日期刈割的不同秋眠类型的苜蓿,其根系游离脯氨酸含量一直呈上升趋势,在11月20日达到峰值,但在此时不同秋眠类型苜蓿根系游离脯氨酸含量没有显著差别,此后游离脯氨酸含量开始下降,到翌年苜蓿开始返青时再次上升,低秋眠类型苜蓿根系游离脯氨酸含量显著地高于高秋眠类型苜蓿。 The proline dynamics in root of alfalfa with different fall dormancy were studied after last cutting. The result showed that the proline in root reached the climax in November 20th, at this time, there was no significant difference among three different fall dormancy alfalfa. Then, the free proline content began to decline until next year before regrowth, and rose up again. The free praline in low fall dormancy was significantly higher than that of high fall dormancy alfalfa, so there was some relationship between free proline and regrowth.
